MUDSReH (Mbarara University Data Science Research Hub) is a platform dedicated to advancing healthcare and medical research through data science. We collect, curate, and provide access to high-quality medical datasets from Uganda and East Africa.

You can browse our datasets on the Datasets page. Some datasets are freely available for download, while others require approval. Simply click on a dataset to view details and request access if needed.

We offer various types of medical datasets including medical imaging (X-rays, CT scans, MRI), histopathology images, retinal fundus images, and clinical data. All datasets are properly documented and include metadata.

The platform is free to use for academic and research purposes. However, some datasets may have specific licensing requirements or usage restrictions that you should review before downloading.
